From Fritz&Muller, we are currently partnering with a leading Ingredients company in the search for a Sales Coordinator – Beverage Ingredients (B2B) to support its commercial operations across the Middle East & North Africa.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day commercial and coordination support to the Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Ensure timely follow-up and response to customer inquiries
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (Zoho), including leads, opportunities, and projects
Track and manage the full sales pipeline, ensuring visibility and reporting accuracy
Prepare and process Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring compliance with commercial terms
Monitor order status and proactively identify risks or delays
Maintain and update customer and supplier databases, including onboarding new clients
Track ongoing projects, including sampling, approvals, and key milestones
Generate reports and provide insights on pipeline performance
Manage selected smaller accounts, supporting negotiations and identifying growth opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Technical teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or commercial support
Previous experience in a B2B environment (mandatory)
Experience in the food, beverage, or ingredients industry is a strong plus
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably Zoho)
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Canva
Commercial mindset with a customer-focused approach
Fluent English and Spanish language
Nice to have:
Experience in the food, beverage, or ingredients industry is a strong plus
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably Zoho)
