Job Description:

We’re looking for a Sales Controlling & Revenue Management Manager to join our team in Warsaw. In this role, you’ll coordinate and support a regional team of Sales Controllers and Revenue Managers across Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, and Romania. You’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate financial processes, improving trade investment efficiency, and driving revenue optimization across the CEE region. This position combines hands-on financial management with team leadership — you’ll oversee core commercial finance activities, provide insights that strengthen profitability, and help shape decisions that impact our business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Guide and support a team of Sales Controllers and Revenue Managers across four CEE markets, encouraging collaboration and professional growth
  • Oversee month-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy of accruals (returns, markdowns, trade spends)
  • Manage Gross-to-Net (GtN) and trade investment analysis, delivering clear insights to improve profitability
  • Partner with Sales and Finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning
  • Contribute to pricing and revenue management projects, including list price reviews and promotional ROI analysis
  • Ensure compliance of customer contracts and trade terms across the region
  • Develop and maintain financial tools that enhance business understanding and decision support
  • Consolidate and report key KPIs at regional level, ensuring transparency and actionable insights

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Controlling, Revenue Management, or Commercial Finance
  • Proven people management experience
  • Background in FMCG companies
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen (P&L, GtN, pricing)
  • Proficient in Excel, SAP, BI tools
  • Power BI is a plus
  • Communicate fluently in English and Polish
  • CEE languages are an asset
