We’re looking for a Sales Controlling & Revenue Management Manager to join our team in Warsaw. In this role, you’ll coordinate and support a regional team of Sales Controllers and Revenue Managers across Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, and Romania. You’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate financial processes, improving trade investment efficiency, and driving revenue optimization across the CEE region. This position combines hands-on financial management with team leadership — you’ll oversee core commercial finance activities, provide insights that strengthen profitability, and help shape decisions that impact our business.
Job Responsibility:
Guide and support a team of Sales Controllers and Revenue Managers across four CEE markets, encouraging collaboration and professional growth
Manage Gross-to-Net (GtN) and trade investment analysis, delivering clear insights to improve profitability
Partner with Sales and Finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning
Contribute to pricing and revenue management projects, including list price reviews and promotional ROI analysis
Ensure compliance of customer contracts and trade terms across the region
Develop and maintain financial tools that enhance business understanding and decision support
Consolidate and report key KPIs at regional level, ensuring transparency and actionable insights
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Sales Controlling, Revenue Management, or Commercial Finance
Proven people management experience
Background in FMCG companies
Strong analytical skills and financial acumen (P&L, GtN, pricing)
Proficient in Excel, SAP, BI tools
Power BI is a plus
Communicate fluently in English and Polish
CEE languages are an asset
