In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for contractual matters, supporting the Business Development team and ensuring successful contract negotiation, administration, and customer engagement. You’ll also contribute to proposal management, compliance, and market development efforts.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and support proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and administration
Manage quotes, RFQs, and incoming purchase orders
Conduct market research and assist with client presentations and business development activities
Collaborate with program managers and ensure contractual compliance (FAR/DFARS)
Maintain records, contract files, and support ERP/CRM systems
Provide general administrative support to Sales & Business Development
Requirements:
4+ years’ experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing contract administration
Strong knowledge of government contracting regulations (FAR, DFARS)
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office Suite
Proven negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
