Job Responsibility:

Be an expert in key products: foreign currency, prepaid travel money cards, and international money transfers
Listen to your customer, ask open questions to understand their needs, and offer solutions that help them get the most out of their holiday
Deliver service with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to outstanding customer service
Build your loyal customer base and drive local marketing initiatives

Requirements:

Experience working towards and achieving sales targets and KPI's
A passion for customer service
Comprehensive computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems
You're ambitious, highly motivated and an efficient organiser
You have exceptional attention to detail and love problem solving
