Job Description:

Join a well-respected provider of private health insurance sales across Australia in a full time permanent Sales Consultant position. As a Sales Consultant you will speak with customers over the phone and assist them in choosing the best product to suit their needs.

Job Responsibility:

Providing quality and informed advice to customers to assist them in identifying the right product for them
Providing an exceptional customer experience at all times
Consistently meeting KPI’s as required
Displaying a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to assist others

Requirements:

Experience in a b2c phone-based sales environment preferably within health insurance or financial services
Extremely clear and high level communication skills
Ability to work towards and exceed KPI's
Motivated to learn and succeed while demonstrating resilience and adaptability

Nice to have:

Experience in telecom, energy, leasing, automotive, solar industries
