Are you a natural closer who thrives in a fast-paced showroom environment? We aren’t just another furniture retailer. We are a fast-scaling disruptor on a journey from 4 stores to 20 across the UK. Our showrooms are high-energy, high-volume spaces where great salespeople can earn excellent money by doing what they do best: connecting with customers and closing deals. This isn’t a “standing around” retail role. You’ll be part of a busy showroom where customers are actively looking to buy, giving you the opportunity to maximise conversions and increase order values.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome customers into the showroom, understand their needs, and guide them through the buying journey
Confidently present products, overcome objections, and close big-ticket deals
Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase average order value
Work closely with your colleagues to maintain a high-energy, target-driven but supportive showroom culture
Requirements:
Background in furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, electricals, mobiles, or other big-ticket assisted sales environments
Confident presenting products, building rapport, and closing sales
Enjoys working towards targets and earning strong commission
What we offer:
Realistic Earnings: £28k basic salary with uncapped commission and realistic £40k+ OTE
