Job Description

Due to continued growth and strong enquiry levels in Kinma Valley, Morayfield, Clarendon Homes is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity to establish yourself in a high-demand growth area with a premium brand and strong earning potential.

Job Responsibility

Represent Clarendon Homes at Kinma Valley, Morayfield
Manage the full sales journey from first enquiry to signed contract
Build strong relationships and guide customers through their home-building journey
Present home designs, inclusions and upgrade options confidently
Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Weekend work is essential: Saturday to Wednesday or Thursday to Monday

Requirements

Experience in new home sales or a related sales role
Strong closing skills and a results-driven mindset
Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
Highly motivated, organised and self-driven
Desire to earn at the top end of the industry
A passion for the residential building industry
