Our client, a specialist office furniture supplier, is on the lookout for an organised, personable, and proactive Salesperson to join their vibrant team in Clerkenwell! Job Responsibility

  • Achieving sales targets while nurturing existing client relationships
  • Generating new client relationships and exploring fresh opportunities
  • Providing a seamless and professional service throughout the order, delivery, and installation processes
  • Gathering pricing and raising quotes in the company's standard format
  • Proposing alternatives to meet client needs
  • Keeping all paperwork up-to-date and organised
  • Maximising delivery efficiency by liaising with the installation team and clients
  • Building our brand through strong relationships with Dealers, Architects, and Designers
  • Attending events and networking outside of core hours to enhance visibility and connections

Requirements

  • Proven experience in exceptional customer service and account management within the commercial furniture industry
  • A positive and proactive approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel and Word
  • A self-starter mentality, ensuring colleagues are always kept in the loop
  • Knowledge of how quality office furniture solutions can enhance workplace productivity and success
