Job Description

Sales Executive role at Vans Direct, part of Vertu Motors, a leading UK van retailer. The role involves being the first point of contact with customers, understanding their needs, matching them with the right vehicle and finance options, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Full support from marketing and commercial teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Handling inbound leads via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Guiding customers through the sales process in line with FCA guidelines
  • Matching customer needs with stock and finance options
  • Proposing finance applications and liaising with internal teams
  • Resolving customer queries and ensuring a smooth buying experience
  • Regular outbound contact with your own customer database to support retention and uncover renewal opportunities
