Job Description:

WorldWide Furniture, part the Rank Group, has been locally owned for 50 years. Our focus has always been sourcing high-quality pieces that work for everyday living. We have a current opening for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our professional sales team (Atrium location in Dartmouth). While previous sales experience is a definite asset, we are willing to train motivated individuals with the right attitude!

Job Responsibility:

Use exceptional communication skills to uncover customer’s needs
Use your product knowledge to find suitable solutions for customer’s needs
Successfully convert customer opportunities into results
Use superior interpersonal skills to develop long-term relationships with customers
Meet or exceed established sales goals

Requirements:

Completion of high school or equivalent
Superior interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Exceptional relationship-building skills
Ability to problem-solve and identify solutions
Proficient with computer programs and technology
Enthusiastic, positive, can-do attitude
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Nice to have:

Proven success in sales is an asset but not required
Previous experience in retail is an asset but not required
