A leading adventure travel company is expanding and looking for a sales consultant / travel consultant who’s passionate about cycling and thrives in a consultative sales environment. This is a chance to sell an exciting product, work with warm leads, and be part of a high-energy, ambitious team.
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound and outbound enquiries and scheduled callbacks
Build rapport using consultative sales techniques, building long term relationships
Advise on destinations, accommodation, rides, excursions and bike options
Create tailored cycling holiday experiences and close sales
Liaise with hotels, suppliers and partners to optimise customer experience
Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
A genuine interest in cycling and/or cycling holidays (essential)
Previous sales experience
Passion for travel and adventure products
Strong communication and telephone skills
A target-driven mindset and resilience under pressure
Attention to detail and reliability
