Job Responsibility:
Represent Clarendon Homes at the Kinma Valley display centre
Manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry to signed contract
Build strong relationships and guide customers through the home-building process
Confidently present home designs, inclusions and upgrade options
Deliver a premium customer experience while achieving sales targets
Weekend work is essential: Saturday to Wednesday or Thursday to Monday
Requirements:
Experience in residential home sales or a related sales role
Strong communication, presentation and closing skills
Results-driven, organised and self-motivated
Professional approach and customer-first mindset
Desire to build a long-term, high-performing sales career
