Job Description

Love interiors? Enjoy chatting to people? Thrive on hitting targets and earning great commission? This is your chance to join a busy, fast-paced showroom where no two days are the same. You’ll be helping customers turn their house into a home and getting rewarded for it.

Job Responsibility

  • Welcoming customers into the showroom and building genuine rapport
  • Helping them find the perfect pieces to suit their home and style
  • Talking through ideas and offering guidance to bring their vision to life
  • Providing quotes, taking payments, and closing sales
  • Handling enquiries confidently, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Smashing targets and making the most of the uncapped commission

Requirements

  • Experience in face-to-face sales (retail, showroom, or similar)
  • Someone who loves working with people and building relationships
  • Confident, driven, and motivated by targets and earning potential
  • A natural communicator with a positive, can-do attitude

Nice to have

Interest in interiors or home design is a big bonus
