Customer Acquisition: Actively seek out new-to-bank customers through cold calling, roadshows, networking, and referrals
Product Promotion: Pitch and sell a variety of products, including Personal Loans, Mortgages, Credit Cards, SME Financing, and Bancassurance
Relationship Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers to encourage loyalty and identify cross-selling opportunities
Financial Advisory: Conduct basic financial needs analysis for customers to recommend the most suitable banking solutions
Documentation & Compliance: Collect and verify customer documents for loan applications and ensure all activities adhere to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) regulations and internal AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor products, interest rates, and market trends to provide feedback to the management team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Marketing is preferred

SPM (minimum 5 passes including BM) or a Diploma with at least 1–2 years of sales experience
