As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for driving outbound and outsourced sales efforts for our tech product. You’ll identify prospects, understand their business needs, and demonstrate how our solution delivers value.
Job Responsibility:
Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities through timely follow-ups and consultative demos
Drive outbound sales efforts including cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up calls
Research and map potential clients, focusing on decision-makers and influencers
Execute outsourced / outbound sales strategies in target markets
Work closely with marketing to refine sales messaging and run targeted outreach campaigns
Conduct product presentations and online demos to drive interest and conversions
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through consistent engagement
Track and manage pipeline activities in CRM, sharing regular progress updates and insights
Requirements:
Currently based in Dubai
Fluent in Arabic (not mandatory, but preferred)
Pursuing or completed a business degree or MBA (sales, marketing, or related fields preferred)
Confident communicator who can engage stakeholders and handle objections
Comfortable with cold outreach and outbound sales targets
Curious about technology and eager to learn product-led sales
Strong research and organizational skills
Prior exposure to B2B sales, SaaS, or outbound sales models is a strong plus
Nice to have:
Experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of marketing techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong creative thinking and ability to craft compelling outreach and campaigns
Proven ability to multitask, plan, and prioritize effectively

Good understanding of marketing KPIs and tools
Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads is a plus
Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
Marketing-related certifications are a plus
