As a Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of the customer journey, guiding buyers through one of life’s most important decisions – building their new home. This role is ideal for a high-performing consultant who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and is ready to capitalise on strong enquiry levels and demand for a premium product. By delivering a professional, consultative sales experience, you will play a key role in driving results while building lasting customer relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Represent Clarendon Homes at the Rochedale Arise display centre, delivering a premium brand experience
Manage the full sales journey, from initial enquiry through to signed contract
Build strong rapport with customers and guide them confidently through the new home selection process
Present home designs, inclusions, and upgrade options with clarity and confidence
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-demand environment
Work a rotating roster from Thursday to Monday (weekend work essential)
Requirements:
Proven experience in new home sales within the project home building industry (essential)
Strong closing capability and a results-driven mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional approach
High levels of organisation, motivation, and resilience in a high-volume setting
A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
