Job Responsibility
Sales Growth: Secure and manage new customer opportunities while promoting and selling products to an existing customer base
Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both new and existing trade customers
Product Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge through add-on sales, value-adding, and upselling
Sales Administration: Prepare and analyse sales plans, manage customer orders, and accurately utilise IT systems (e.g., NetSuite, CRM)
Presentations: Conduct product presentations to new and existing clients
Compliance: Uphold all OH&S policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
Requirements
Industry Experience (Highly Preferred): Experience in the plumbing industry is preferred, alongside general experience in a similar sales role
Qualifications: Senior Secondary Certificate of Education or a Trade qualification
Customer Service: Proven customer service experience
Knowledge & Skills: Knowledge of plumbing supplies is highly desirable
