Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Consultant to join our friendly termite sales team based in Brisbane. You will be working in your own territory, selling a range of Pest services across South East Queensland. You will look to build on solid existing client relationships whilst also using your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to win new sales and clients in your area.

Job Responsibility:

  • Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling/ visits and leads from external and internal sources
  • Servicing our existing client base and analysing their needs to increase sales
  • Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targets
  • Building strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipeline
  • Identifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful sales

Requirements:

  • Termite qualification is essential
  • Experience selling pest control and termite management services- commercial and residential
  • Ability to cold-call & plan for sales territory
  • Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
  • A passion for hunting new business and being recognised and rewarded
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Full Australian Drivers Licence
