Job Description

This is an opportunity to play a key role within a high performing team, working with some of the finest homes in the region. You will be instrumental in supporting clients through their move, delivering a tailored and attentive service from initial enquiry through to completion.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the sales process across Bishop’s Stortford, Dunmow, Saffron Walden and surrounding villages
  • Conduct property viewings with professionalism, insight and attention to detail
  • Handle inbound enquiries and arrange appointments with efficiency and care
  • Prepare high quality sales documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, guiding them with confidence throughout their journey
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless, consistent and exceptional client experience
  • Contribute to the overall performance and standards of the office

Requirements

  • Have previous experience within estate agency
  • Possess strong knowledge of Bishop’s Stortford, Dunmow, Saffron Walden and the surrounding areas
  • Be a confident and articulate communicator, able to build rapport with ease
  • Demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail and a considered approach
  • Bring energy, enthusiasm and a proactive mindset to your role
  • Be highly organised and capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, supportive team
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
