Job Description:

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) seeks a Sales Compensation Business Consultant for an onsite role in Wroclaw, Poland. The position involves collaboration with business stakeholders and sales compensation teams, feasibility assessments, plan design, training, and launch preparation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with the Design Consultants and PDE team
  • Connection between business stakeholders & sales comp
  • React to things that happen in the business (new business models that need translation to the sales comp)
  • Part of the TRIO with SIS and PDE on next FY Design
  • Feasibility assessment
  • DPA requirements & negotiation for global DPA
  • Collaboration with PDE team on comp plans, signoff of comp plans
  • Train the Trainer of the Sales Comp (sub-) Leads and BCs on FY design, incl ACI and special programs
  • Collaborate on Launch preparation for plan decks, plan mappings, plan comments & notes, ACI review
  • Special programs/bonus programs
  • Plan related Sales Letter comments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Typically 6-10 years experience
  • Experience designing and implementing overall process and tools management and improvement frameworks to support sales compensation operations
  • Excellent analytical, statistics and problem solving skills
  • Thorough understanding of and experience in interpreting and executing sales commission plans and practices in multiple and varied situations
  • Evaluating and developing forecasts and plans to guide updates, enhancements and deployment of sales compensation tools and systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Mastery in English and local language
  • Ability to effectively communicate sales commission operational architecture, plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
