Sales Compensation Business Consultant role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, responsible for end-to-end sales compensation experience for the sales force, including business governance, operational oversight, and deployment of sales compensation tools and programs.

Job Responsibility:

  • End to End accountable for the Sales Compensation experience of the sales force
  • Engagement with local management teams, executives & business supporting functions

  • Management teams trusted advisor, Business decision support & consultancy (Business Analytics, Incentive Compensation Review, compliance)
  • Annual Readiness cycle facilitation

  • Deployment of local country specifics & exceptions
  • Deployment of new Sales Compensation tools, process or program
  • Sales force communication & virtual training delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Typically 2-4 years experience
  • Experience administering and maintaining sales commission plans, tools and systems
  • Strong analytical, statistics and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of and experience in interpreting and executing sales commission plans and practices
  • Using forecasting and planning methodologies to develop guidance for deploying updates and enhancements to sales commission tools and systems
