Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Commission Analyst to join our growing Global Commission team. In this role, you will directly report to the Global Sales Commission Leader and work with Sales/Revenue Operations, and Finance/Accounting/HR in order to ensure that the Company incentive commission plans are implemented correctly, and commissions are paid accurately.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and execute the Professional Service Team’s comp payment & support the Global commissions team around payments to all teams
  • Collaborate with HR teams to gather the global new hires commission data for individual comp plan issuance as well as ensure headcount is accurate in XActly at all times
  • In XActly, manage the Global user set up including entering new hire’s OTI, hierarchy, & comp plan structure as well as handling the employee’s termination in Xactly system
  • Facilitate the issuance and ensure signature for Global Individual Plan Agreements through DocuSign including providing regular updates and follow-ups around signing being complete
  • Partner with Sales Ops team to provide accurate Sales Team Quota Reporting
  • Manage all MBOs administration for HR, Legal, Alliance, IT, MLOps and Global RevOps
  • Conduct SFDC reporting and ensure data validation

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of business experience, with proven expertise working within a sales commission and/or sales compensation role in a SaaS or cloud-based company
  • Very detail oriented
  • Strong Excel skills and proven financial systems and business application skills are necessary
  • Xactly and Salesforce experience are strongly preferred
  • Ability to organize and summarize large volumes of detailed information
  • Demonstrates problem-solving capabilities withing your scope along with a curiosity to identify details and trends
  • interested in process implementation and ongoing systems integration
