Job Responsibility:

  • Drive sales performance by leading commercial priorities, range focus and customer engagement across all channels
  • Turn local customer needs into clear and actionable commercial plans, ensuring an inspiring and seamless shopping experience
  • Lead and develop your team, building strong sales mindset, product knowledge and ownership
  • Work closely with the rest of the store to ensure commercial plans are executed effectively in daily operations
  • Take responsibility for the store beyond your area, stepping into operational topics when needed and showing curiosity and willingness to grow across the full store scope

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales and in leading teams in customer-facing environments
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into results
  • Good understanding of customer behaviour and how to act on insights
  • Ability to use data and KPIs to guide decisions and improve performance
  • Hands-on leadership style, with the ability to act quickly and take ownership
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust within the team
