Job Responsibility

Capturing / collating / receiving customer requirements and translating these into proposal content and / or Statement of Works (SoWs) including pricing (Software / Professional Services / Managed Services) for simple solutions potentially working on your own but on more complex / larger solutions working in tandem with a lead specialist
Developing customer-facing proposal content, pitch decks, and solution overviews using standardised templates and input from sales and pre-sales colleagues
Liaise with internal stakeholders (sales, pre-sales product, finance, and delivery) to ensure documentation accuracy and alignment
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (product / speciailists / internal teams / customers / partners) to source requirements and pricing information
Support opportunity qualification processes by preparing background research and consolidating deal-specific content
Track and report on deal support activity, using internal tools and CRM systems
Maintain and update a library of pre-sales assets, including case studies, presentations, and technical documentation
To be the de-facto demonstration specialists for the UK region – to be be able to demonstrate across Sabio’s vendor and partner ecosystem, build use-case-focused demos, build demoe scripts and value points, and act as the demo enabler for the wider pre-sales team
