As a Sales Coach at A-SAFE, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales performance and refining sales techniques across the organization. Your primary focus will be on embedding the A-SAFE Professional Sales Academy (APSA) methodology, ensuring that sales professionals adopt a value and solution-based sales approach.
Job Responsibility:
Spend 100% of your time with field and desk-based sales reps, providing real-time coaching, behavioral modeling, and structured feedback sessions to reinforce learning and optimize performance
Conduct individual and peer-to-peer coaching sessions to develop sales skills and techniques
Deliver real-time feedback and behavioral modeling during live sales interactions, both in the field and virtually
Align with Sales Leaders and the Regional Training Manager to understand and address individual and team coaching needs
Provide weekly performance updates to the Regional Training Leader and Sales Managers and prepare monthly reports for the Country Managing Director
Guide sales reps in transitioning from transactional selling to consultative, value-driven conversations
Requirements:
5+ years in sales or sales management, preferably in B2B, field sales, or solution selling
Proven capability to coach, inspire, develop, and constructively challenge sales professionals
Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, customer engagement, and negotiation strategies
Strong ability to deliver direct, actionable, and motivating feedback in real time
Quick analysis of sales calls/interactions to provide tailored coaching solutions
Ability to build trust, provide support and adapt coaching styles to different personalities
Familiarity with the Challenger Sales methodology is beneficial
Established competence in solution selling or consultative sales, with the ability to identify customer challenges and tailor solutions to meet their needs
Previous experience selling capital equipment, health & safety products, or technology solutions to relevant customers (e.g. Warehouses, Logistics Factories, Airports)
Fluency in English and Spanish
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Must reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas Metro
Must commit to 50-60% travel
Must hold a valid US Passport
