Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Coach Specialist to join our client's Platinum team for the telecommunications sector. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the competencies of the team by delivering training programs that align with our company’s core values and supervising all aspects of training interventions.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting agents and team leaders in daily business through coaching, side-by-side & Call listening, sales conversation techniques, objection handling and closing skills
  • Organize and facilitate small-group workshops to encourage knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange among agents
  • Support the implementation of monthly sales initiatives and contribute to the achievement of sales targets
  • Analyze sales performance data, present insights to management, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Introduce, train, and promote the effective use of sales tools and systems
  • Collaborate closely with team leaders and agents on performance improvement, sales effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular call quality reviews and identify recurring improvement opportunities
  • Monitor the effectiveness of coaching initiatives and recommend continuous improvements
  • Share success stories and best practices across teams to drive a high-performance sales culture
  • Identify training needs based on sales results, quality metrics and customer feedback
  • Reporting progress and planning to the Operation Manager & Head of for Platinum
  • Handling in and outbound calls if required

Requirements

  • 1-2 years proven experience as a Sales Coach or similar role in sales
  • Experience in sales techniques, including cold-calls and negotiation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience in coaching people
  • Fluently German (at least C2 level) and English (at least C1 level)

Nice to have

  • Certification in sales training is a plus
  • Demonstrates resilience and innovative thinking
  • Skilled in reporting and data analysis
  • High energy and enthusiasm to inspire others
