Job Description:

We are looking to welcome Sales Co-workers to the team at IKEA Dublin! We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, this role will require availability to work during the day, late evenings, and full weekends. We offer permanent contracts, advanced scheduling & regular weekend off.

Job Responsibility:

Provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers
Actively approach customers to identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions for their life at home through home furnishings
Be passionate about the range and home furnishings, curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design
Support maximising sales by being proud of your areas of responsibility, ensuring the customer meets an area that is clean, well-presented and easy to shop

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and people skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Basic competence using computer. Systems knowledge would be preferred but full training will be provided
