Job Description:

As Sales Co-worker your responsibilities will include engaging and assisting customers in understanding their needs, actively participating in selling products, maintaining a clean and organised sales area, and collaborating with your team to create a great work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions
Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth
Maintaining a clean and organised sales area, ensuring all products are properly priced and fully stocked
Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

Passionate about learning and sharing the IKEA product range with customers
Able to prioritise multiple tasks and are comfortable with on-the-job physical activity
Adopt a customer-focused mindset and strive to deliver a memorable shopping experience
A friendly attitude and are comfortable with connecting and interacting with people.
