Job Description:

As a Sales Co-worker at IKEA, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing knowledge on IKEA products and services. You'll maintain the sales area, assemble products, and contribute to business goals while working in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions
Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth
Being an expert and passionate about the IKEA product range
and actively learning about their features and benefits
Responsible for ensuring that the sales area is stocked, presentable, attractively merchandised and correctly priced
Assembling our products according to proper building and enclosed instructions to ensure complete functionality
Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment

Requirements:

Passionate about learning and sharing the IKEA product range with customers
Able to prioritise multiple tasks and are comfortable with on-the-job physical activity
Adopt a customer-focused mindset and strive to deliver a memorable shopping experience
A friendly attitude and are comfortable with connecting and interacting with people
