Sales Co-worker

• Assisting customers and providing knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions
• Actively selling products by engaging with customers to meet their needs and contribute to business goals and growth
• Being an expert and passionate about the IKEA product range
• Ensuring that the sales area is stocked, presentable, attractively merchandised and correctly priced
• Assembling products according to proper building and enclosed instructions to ensure complete functionality
• Building strong relationships with team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment

• Passionate about home furnishings and sharing the IKEA product and service range features and benefits with customers
• Experience working in a retail sales environment is desirable
• A 'Togetherness' mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with others
• An authentic approach in actively selling and self-motivated to meet sales targets
• Prioritise safe work practices and comfortable with a physical workload and regular manual handling
• A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills
• IT systems capability with an ability to learn about all technical aspects of the IKEA product range, tools, and systems
