Job Description

A Sales Co-worker is primarily responsible for driving revenue while ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Unlike Field Sales, this role is often based in a showroom or office environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Proactively approaching customers, identifying their needs, and providing expert product recommendations
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly KPIs through upselling and cross-selling
  • Maintaining and updating CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, correctly priced, and visually appealing
  • Processing payments, managing invoices, and coordinating with logistics/delivery team for order fulfillment

Requirements

  • Graduate (any stream)
  • BBA or MBA in Marketing preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication (English, Hindi, and Marathi)
  • Persuasion skills
  • Customer-first attitude
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and basic CRM software
  • 0-3 years experience
  • For 4 LPA, at least 1 year of proven sales experience
