Job Description:

As a Sales Co-worker at IKEA, you will engage with customers, assist in their purchasing decisions, and ensure the sales area is well-maintained. You will work in a dynamic environment, focusing on customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Job Responsibility:

Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs
Actively participating in selling products
Being an expert and passionate about the IKEA product range
Ensuring that the sales area is stocked, presentable, attractively merchandised and correctly priced
Assembling products according to proper building and enclosed instructions
Building strong relationships with your team and other departments

Requirements:

Passionate about home furnishings
Experience in fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong customer-focused mindset
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
Clear and concise communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
