Job Description:

The role of Sales Co-worker at IKEA involves engaging with customers to support their purchasing needs, ensuring a clean and organized sales space, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Job Responsibility:

Engaging and assisting customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions
actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contributing to business goals and growth
maintaining a clean and organized sales area, ensuring all products are properly priced and fully stocked
building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment

Requirements:

Passionate about learning and sharing the IKEA product range with customers
able to prioritize multiple tasks and are comfortable with on-the-job physical activity
adopt a customer-focused mindset and strive to deliver a memorable shopping experience
a friendly attitude and are comfortable with connecting and interacting with people
a safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling
heavy and repetitive lifting may be required in some roles
