Job Description:

Sales co-worker position at IKEA focused on meeting customers, maximizing sales, ensuring product availability and condition, and providing excellent customer service to create a better shopping experience

Job Responsibility:

Maximising sales by ensuring area of responsibility is clean, tidy, fully stocked and correctly priced
Analysing sales space capacities based on system parameters to secure high stock availability
Being passionate about products and actively learning about their features and benefits
Actively approaching customers to identify their needs and advising on best solutions for their homes

Requirements:

Experience within sales or customer service
Love customers and confidence in approaching them in a polite and friendly manner
Passion for actively offering all services available in the IKEA store to help customers make informed choices
