Job Description:

Sales Co-worker position at IKEA North Lakes, responsible for engaging with customers, maintaining sales areas, and contributing to business goals in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Responsibility:

Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions
Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised sales area, ensuring products are priced correctly and fully stocked
Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment

Requirements:

Passionate about learning and sharing knowledge of the IKEA range with customers
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment
Customer-focused and driven to deliver a memorable shopping experience
Friendly, approachable, and enjoy connecting with people
