Ensure your sales area is clean, tidy, fully stocked, correctly priced, and always aligned with IKEA merchandising standards
Use IKEA sales tools, systems, and different sales and communication channels effectively to support customers in their buying journey
Actively offer IKEA services to help customers make informed choices and enhance their overall shopping experience
Support and implement commercial activities and sales priorities within your department and across the store
Analyse and adjust sales space and product capacity to secure high stock availability
Share your knowledge and passion for IKEA products with customers and co-workers
Contribute to IKEA’s sustainability goals by understanding and living our social and environmental commitments
