As a Sales Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions. Requirements:
Passionate about home furnishings and appreciator of quality focusing on maintaining a high level of product knowledge and sharing the IKEA product range with customers
Strong customer-focused mindset, always striving to deliver a memorable shopping experience
‘Togetherness’ mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage your own tasks
Clear and concise communication skills, a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills
Proficient computer skills and an ability to learn about all technical aspects of the IKEA IT systems and tools
A safe mindset and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling including repetitive movements and lifting
Availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts
Availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday)
