Job Description:

Sales Co-worker position at IKEA Tempe store focusing on meeting and understanding customers, providing product knowledge, and delivering memorable shopping experiences

Job Responsibility:

Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions
Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth
Maintaining a clean and organised sales area, ensuring all products are properly priced and fully stocked
Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment

Requirements:

Passionate about learning and sharing the IKEA product range with customers
Able to prioritise multiple tasks and are comfortable with on-the-job physical activity
Adopt a customer-focused mindset and strive to deliver a memorable shopping experience
A friendly attitude and are comfortable with connecting and interacting with people
Must have availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts
Must have availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday)
