Job Responsibility:

  • Engage and assist customers to understand their needs and provide expert knowledge about IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions
  • Contributing to the presentation standards of the Kitchen and Dining Showroom departments every shift
  • Actively participate in selling activities with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised sales area, ensuring products are priced correctly and fully stocked
  • Build strong relationships within your team and across departments to promote collaboration and an inclusive work environment
  • Assembling displays for the introduction of new products

Requirements:

  • Passionate about learning and sharing your knowledge of the IKEA range with customers
  • Learning to use the Kitchen planning software to provide our customers exceptional service with planning their dream kitchen, working with and understanding compliance rules as well as internal planning guidelines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment
  • Customer-focused and driven to deliver a memorable shopping experience
  • Friendly, approachable, and enjoy connecting with people
  • An authentic approach in generating sales, whilst maintaining a professional, self-motivated attitude towards meeting sales targets and KPIs
