Job Responsibility:
Engage and assist customers to understand their needs and provide expert knowledge about IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions
Actively participate in selling activities with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised sales area, ensuring products are priced correctly and fully stocked
Build strong relationships within your team and across departments to promote collaboration and an inclusive work environment
Assembling displays for the introduction of new products
Requirements:
Passionate about learning and sharing your knowledge of the IKEA range with customers
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment
Customer-focused and driven to deliver a memorable shopping experience
Friendly, approachable, and enjoy connecting with people
An authentic approach in generating sales, whilst maintaining a professional, self-motivated attitude towards meeting sales targets and KPIs
A ‘Togetherness’ mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient computer skills and an ability to learn about all technical aspects of the IKEA product range and tools
A safe mindset and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling including repetitive movements and lifting
