Job Responsibility:
Sales Co-worker: Working a shift range between 8am and 9:30pm
Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services
Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth
Maintaining a clean and organised sales area, ensuring all products are properly priced and fully stocked
Building strong relationships with your team and other departments
Food Co-worker: Working a shift range between 7:30am and 9:30pm
Ensuring your area is efficiently maintained in compliance with Food standards
Food preparation, cooking, serving and customer service with a focus on food safety
Processing dishes and maintaining the washing up area and machines
Active selling, cash handling, operation of ovens & fryers
Fulfilment Operations Co-worker: Working a shift range between 6am and 10pm
Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders
Handing out Click & Collect orders, organising delivery and solving any order issues
Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed
Using different types of forklifts and machines
Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team
Fulfilment Operations Co-worker (Overnight): Working a shift range between 2am and 12pm
Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment
Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed
Using different types of forklifts and machines
Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock
Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team
Requirements:
Passionate about learning and sharing the IKEA product range with customers
Passionate about securing a positive and seamless customer experience through utilising strong customer service skills
Able to remain calm when faced with challenging situations and are pro-active to find solutions
Able to comfortably interact with customers in a polite and friendly manner whilst having a ‘Togetherness’ mindset
Able to work closely with your team and other departments or work independently
Able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and basic computer and systems literacy
Availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts
Availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday)
