Job Description:

Sales Co-worker position at IKEA focused on providing knowledgeable customer service, creating relationships with customers, acting as product expert, and maximizing sales while maintaining profitability in a retail environment.

Job Responsibility:

Optimizing the shopping experience through knowledgeable and attentive customer service
Creating relationships with customers to provide support in-store and remotely
Acting as an expert and consultant on a broad range of products and services
Listening to, identifying, anticipating, and responding to customer needs
Maximizing sales while maintaining profitability
Analyzing and adjusting sales space capacities
Supporting implementation and upkeep of planned and promotional activities

Requirements:

2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector
Familiarity with basic design principals and modular furniture planning

Nice to have:

Experience in home furnishing sector
