Job Description:

During your 4-month co-op term, you will be fully immersed in our sales operations, learning the business from two unique perspectives: Ground Up and Building Critical Business Skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop relationships across Field Sales network, receive coaching & engage in career connects with Leadership
  • Leverage sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets
  • Sell & service customers in compliance with Customer Development Agreements
  • Merchandise iconic brands to execute advertising displays
  • Execute a field sales project to help the team deliver results with our most important customers
  • POS optimization
  • Innovation Launch & Sustainment
  • Customer Development Agreement optimization
  • Other unique projects rooted in real-time business priorities

Requirements:

  • Available to work full time from May 2026 to September 2026
  • In third year of study, Business Degree preferred
  • Valid, full driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable daily access to a personal vehicle
  • High academic achievement along with demonstrated ability to pursue other interests at the same time
  • Skilled problem solver who enjoys challenges
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization
  • Self-starter with the ability to plan work to meet objectives, set priorities and manage work schedule
