During your 4-month co-op term, you will be fully immersed in our sales operations, learning the business from two unique perspectives: Ground Up and Building Critical Business Skills.
Job Responsibility:
Develop relationships across Field Sales network, receive coaching & engage in career connects with Leadership
Leverage sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets
Sell & service customers in compliance with Customer Development Agreements
Merchandise iconic brands to execute advertising displays
Execute a field sales project to help the team deliver results with our most important customers
POS optimization
Innovation Launch & Sustainment
Customer Development Agreement optimization
Other unique projects rooted in real-time business priorities
Requirements:
Available to work full time from May 2026 to September 2026
In third year of study, Business Degree preferred
Valid, full driver’s license with a clean driving record
Reliable daily access to a personal vehicle
High academic achievement along with demonstrated ability to pursue other interests at the same time
Skilled problem solver who enjoys challenges
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization
Self-starter with the ability to plan work to meet objectives, set priorities and manage work schedule
