Job Description

Build a meaningful career in medical technology while working closely with healthcare providers across Central Germany. In this role, you’ll combine clinical expertise with commercial responsibility, helping hospitals implement infection prevention solutions that improve patient outcomes and safety. You’ll take ownership of your territory, develop long-term customer relationships, and drive projects from initial engagement through to clinical adoption.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new accounts
  • Take ownership of your sales territory, maintaining and developing a strong customer network
  • Lead the full sales process from first contact through to contract negotiation and closing
  • Deliver product presentations, training sessions and clinical workshops for healthcare professionals
  • Provide hands-on clinical support and training for nursing staff
  • Support product launches and implement sales strategies to grow market share

Requirements

  • Certification as a pharmaceutical representative (§75 AMG), or a clinical background such as operating room nurse or registered nurse
  • Experience in sales within medical technology or a clinical environment
  • Strong understanding of operating room procedures and hospital workflows
  • Confidence presenting to healthcare professionals and leading training sessions
  • High willingness to travel (80–90%) within your territory
  • Fluent German and good English skills
