Job Responsibility
Full sales support (End-to-End coordination): Operational support of the sales process from quotation to order to fulfillment
Preparing offers, taking over closed deals and coordinating implementation
Customer relationship management and communication: Proactively maintaining contact with customers and providing continuous information
Handling customer inquiries, sending status reports and following up throughout the entire project lifecycle
Internal professional coordination: Effective collaboration with internal departments (production, development, engineering)
Organizing technical meetings and ensuring internal information flow to accurately serve customer needs
Precise administration and CRM management: Maintaining up-to-date documentation and sales administration
Accurate use of the CRM system (customer relationship management software), continuous updating of contracts, records and statuses
Requirements
1–4 years of relevant experience (in sales / customer relations / sales support)
Confident English language skills
Good organizational skills and prioritization
Proactive, 'I'll solve it' attitude
Precision and demand for accurate administration
