Job Responsibility:
Identify opportunities and develop the external sales channels network within the area of his/her responsibility
Monitor and manage the activities of all external sales channels network in order to maximize results
Maintain and increase the external sales channels network according to the commercial policy
Advise and provide support to all the external sales channels network
Provide training to all external sales channels network about products & services
Work on sales targets and implement the sales channels strategy which set out by the S&M Manager
Create & provide monthly reports regarding sales KPI’s to all external sales channels network and propose corrective actions
Interact with the colleagues of other units regarding sales activities of his/her area of responsibility when required
Work in the best possible way in order to reach the targets and goals that have been set for his/her area of responsibility
Discuss with external partners and collect information
Keep an eye on the competition of energy market
Provide feedback to the Supervisor on daily/weekly basis
Address and forward customer service issues as raised by the external partners to the proper sector
Participate in company’s trainings
Develop positive relationships with partners
Act as the point of contact and handle partners’ individual needs
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to partners in a timely manner
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Complete administrative work as required
Identify and develop opportunities within a territory
Collaborate with sales team in order to ensure attainment of growth
Requirements:
At least 2 years of prior work experience in a similar position
Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners
Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent partner experience
Customer oriented attitude
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and able to work independently
Ability to pay strict attention to details, to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
Ability to effectively communicate and credibly influence people at all levels
Effective time management to achieve monthly goals
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
A Master's degree would be an asset
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of CRM systems platforms, ERP Software
Very good knowledge of English
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and to work in a fast-paced environment
