Job Description:

Sales Center Executive position at Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel focused on wedding sales, handling guest inquiries, processing reservations, and supporting Sales & Marketing operations while maintaining Marriott's service standards.

Job Responsibility:

Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue
Determine and give complimentaries to guests
Promote awareness of brand image
Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points
Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Enter Marriott Rewards information
Answer, record, and process all guest calls
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
Assist management in training and motivating employees

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience

Nice to have:

No supervisory experience
