Collaborate with the relevant departments to manage rooming lists, special arrangements, F&B requirements, transfers and transport, as well as account and billing instructions related to groups, events, and transient bookings
Support the Managers in daily communication with agencies and clients and assist in preparing proposals and contracts
Learn to verify and ensure all involved departments have the most up-to-date information regarding group, event, and VIP clients prior to their arrival, and assist in preparing related documents (e.g., Banqueting orders, Group Resumé, menus, internal memos, etc.)

Requirements
Excellent Italian and English communications skills (verbal and written)
