Our client is a leading FMCG organization seeking a Sales Capability Manager to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for strengthening sales execution, building frontline capability, and embedding business strategies across a nationwide sales organization. The Sales Capability Manager will focus heavily on training, coaching, and field execution, spending 80-90% of the time travelling across 17 branches and working closely with sales teams away from Head Office. This role requires a hands-on, results-driven FMCG professional who can integrate seamlessly into the team and operate effectively in the field.
Job Responsibility:
Own and drive sales capability development and execution excellence across the field force
Design and deliver on-the-job training and coaching programs for frontline sales teams
Translate sales and business strategies into clear execution standards and behaviours
Coach and support sales representatives and frontline managers to improve productivity
Conduct regular field visits, audits, and capability assessments across branches
Support rollout of new sales initiatives, systems, tools, and processes
Monitor and improve efficiency and productivity KPIs within predefined timeframes
Manage multiple projects, vendors, and training agencies
Work cross-functionally with Sales, HR, Marketing, and Management teams
Build strong relationships across a multicultural workforce
Lead, motivate, and inspire teams while actively developing others' skills
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's is a plus)
8-10 years of FMCG sales field experience
Strong experience in sales execution, operating models, and business strategy implementation
Proven background in training and sales capability development
Exposure to Saudi or GCC markets preferred
Financial background is an advantage
Project management experience, including handling multiple vendors or agencies
Strong planning, organizing, and prioritization skills
Results-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and productivity KPIs
Frontline leadership and people-development experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
