As HoReCa channels play a critical role in commercial growth, building strong capabilities in the field is key to winning in the market. By developing HoReCa Sales Team Leaders in the field and in classroom, the role turns capability into results and potential into performance. Closely connected to real market outcomes, it identifies development opportunities, activates Sales Academy learning, and transforms insight into impact. This is a hands-on, field-driven role, working side by side with sales teams and leaders to elevate execution, embed winning sales behaviours, and make sure knowledge is not just learned, but lived where it matters most: in the market.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop the capability of Sales Team Leaders to unlock team potential and drive sustainable performance
  • Implement Sales Academy programs and strengthen leaders’ ability to build on-the-job capability for Business Developers, ensuring successful completion of Sales Academy licenses
  • Support sales leaders in clearly connecting individual and team targets to overall sales strategy
  • Lead by example and promote a “Listen, understand & act” mindset across sales teams
  • Help sales leaders translate customer feedback into development needs and effective selling solutions through coaching and role plays
  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness in capability building by leveraging new technologies and modern learning methodologies
  • Continuously assess individual and team performance together with sales leaders and act proactively on development needs
  • Address performance gaps through the rapid deployment of relevant capabilities, skills, and tools
  • Identify and implement innovative capability-building solutions leveraging the P4G platform
  • Partner with Talent Development and Talent Acquisition teams in close collaboration with Sales Leadership and HR
  • Build best-in-class channel and portfolio knowledge across sales teams
  • Establish strong relationships and trust within Sales and across internal and external stakeholders
  • Actively support and embed our Culture principles across Commercial functions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in Sales Management role with a proven track record
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • In depth commercial understanding and strong business acumen
  • Ability to work on own initiative, with strong planning and organisational skills
  • Strong people management & development skills, and experience coaching others to enhance performance
